Refund policy
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day or 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no smell/odor, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will also need a video recording proof when opening the parcel/package (NO VIDEO - NO RETURN)

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items with the no tags attached, with smell/odor, not on original packaging after inspection will, no video recording when opening the parcel, and no receipt will not be eligible for return/refund. This will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you again with the shipping fee handled by you as well.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchange items will be discussed within the communication via Email or Chat option depending on what you have chosen. Exchange will only be processed once our staff was able to review the returned item and approved the return request.
In cases where the exchange items are more than the price of the returned item, pro-rated amount of the exchange item will be the only one that needs to be paid. If payment is Cash on Delivery, the pro-rated amount needs to be paid upon delivery of the item. If payment is through bank or one of our payment method, we will need to wait for the payment transaction to be successful before we start shipping the exchange items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
